please note that Euterpe LHT cannot always guarantee a reception and welcome service, nevertheless we provide a smart system access that allows guests to enter the property at any time. However, it is recommended to provide information about the estimated time of arrival to facilitate authentication and access. Guests can fill in the “Self Check-in form” by following the link that Euterpe will send on date, to confirm your reservation and identity.

All requests for earlier arrivals ( before 2pm) are subject to availability and must be confirmed by the property, arrivals after 7pm are subject to a 20€ surcharge only in those cases that the presence of the reception staff is required ( property must be informed in advance)

Breakfast

it should be booked in advance possibly by 7 pm of the day before. Breakfast is served from 8:00 to 10:00; guest are required to communicate time preference and any allergies or specific dietary needs.

Room cleaning

service runs daily from 8:00 to 11:00 and it’s at the discretion of guest.

Change of bath towels

it is carried out every 3 days unless specific request. * the extraordinary change has an additional cost of € 6.00 and is made for all the items placed in the appropriate laundry bag. 

Bed linen change

it is provided for all stays longer than 4 nights, but it can be flexible according to specific requests and needs. Extraordinary changes have an additional cost of € 6.00.

Beach towels & umbrella

the rental for one beach bag including 2 towels costs 15,00 €, the price for one single umbrella is 7,00 €.

Pubblic parking

along the blue lines a ticket payment is required only during the time slots 8:30 to 13:00 and 16:00 to 20:00 (no ticket is required on “not-working days”)
